When LR is started it literally draws the tools pallete one by one - each one takes like 3-5 sec. It takes around 50sec to start, 20-40 sec to open Preferences, 20-30 sec to go from photo to photo, tethering maybe does 1-2 photos than hangs, etc. With an upgrade to version 12.1 LR has become painfully slow to the extent that it cannot be used. ![]()
